*The mix of fat free and low fat cheese allows the cheese to still be melty and yummy but lower in fat. I find that in big pizzas like this (instead of mini pizzas), using all fat free cheese doesn’t work as well.

*Adding the Ro-tel adds flavor and spice but also sneaks in more veggies!

*Turkey pepperoni tastes great to me and it also cuts down on the grease pooling at the top of your pizza.
