So, I’ve judged 2 chili contests this year. I think that means I’m a professional, right? This one was a contest among the members at The Tower Club in Dallas. I had never been to the top of the tower and was memorized by the views of Dallas. Can I please move in and taste chili until the end of time? No? Ok… it was good while it lasted.
