Spray nonfat cooking spray into 2 large pans and set the temperature to medium. Put all the broccoli slaw in one pan. Cook it for about 10 minutes or until it is all soft, stirring occasionally.
Put the meat in the other pan. Brown the meat until it is cooked through like taco meat. Add the marinara to the meat and cook it for a couple minutes until it is warm.
Place 1/4 of the broccoli slaw on a plate. Top it with the meat/marinara mixture. Top it with 1/4 of the cheese. YES, it is that easy!!!
