COMFORT FOOD! But way lower carb. This gets you a couple of servings of veggies because of the broccoli slaw and the sauce. Even better if you can find a sauce with low sugar. Some people do this with zucchini noodles but this takes less time.

Instructions
  1. Spray nonfat cooking spray into 2 large pans and set the temperature to medium. Put all the broccoli slaw in one pan. Cook it for about 10 minutes or until it is all soft, stirring occasionally.
  2. Put the meat in the other pan. Brown the meat until it is cooked through like taco meat. Add the marinara to the meat and cook it for a couple minutes until it is warm.
  3. Place 1/4 of the broccoli slaw on a plate. Top it with the meat/marinara mixture. Top it with 1/4 of the cheese. YES, it is that easy!!!
