Place the sandwich rounds face up on an un-greased baking sheet.
Spread 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce on each round.
Add 1/8 cup fat free cheddar cheese to each round.
Add 6 slices of pepperoni to each round.
Top with 1/8 cup low fat mozzarella.
Pop them in the oven for 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is a bit bubbly/crispy on top. Watch it carefully because it can burn. These are just right for a movie/pizza night!
