I have to say, this “Amazon dress” thing has been cracking me up! There have been an infinite amount of articles about “the dress” and I had to share the Dallas version of how I ended up in the viral “meteorologist collage.” (As many of you know, I’m an anchor/reporter at Fox in Dallas, I don’t do the weather and I’m not a part of their private Facebook page, where it was initially shared.)

The person who made the original post is Meteorologist Jennifer Myers, who works with me on the weekend shows. A couple of weeks ago, Jen and I were getting ready in the green room and she commented on the purple and black dress hanging up behind us;Watch Full Movie Online Streaming Online and Download
“Oh, there is my new dress.”
I replied “No, that’s my new dress.”
We went back and forth for way too long on that. Then we realized we both had the dress. I had randomly seen it online and ordered it. She told me about how she heard about the dress in a group meteorologist Facebook page. She commented that she should make a collage of everyone…. and so the viral post got started.
I have to admit, my favorite part is that we all keep getting teased for looking like Star Trek characters and ironically enough, Jen is a huge Trekkie. You’ll never insult her with that comment.
Also, as the only non-meteorologist in the group, I HAD to order the green one since they can’t wear it on the green screen.
The maroon one will make a debut on the air this Saturday and… after that I’ll probably have to banish all 3 to the back of my closet because these darn dresses have made such spectacles of themselves!
